Strengthen your yoga practice by learning fundamental principles of alignment and movement. By the end of this workshop, participants will understand basic kinesiological concepts (planes/axes of movement, types of joint movements, and how muscles function).
 

DAY ONE: BUILD YOUR FOUNDATION

Movement and anatomy for the feet, legs, hips and core.

DAY TWO: FLOW LIKE WATER

Movement and anatomy for your shoulders, neck, upper back and core for total integration.
